I'll be honest these folks did great work. There was nothing super amazing about the overall service itself since the damage on our house was not substantial, but for the work they did do it was good. I think my favorite part of the whole interaction with Foundation Pro was Miss Becky. She was the person that answered the phones first thing in the morning 8am sharp every day. Miss Becky was always pleasant and made sure that I was squared away in regard to any questions I may have. I appreciate her professionalism and facilitation of a good customer experience. I hope I don't need to utilize Foundation Pro's services again, but if I do I know where to go. They will be on the top of my mind for referral to other home owners. Thank you!

We recently discovered evidence of small cracks in the walls in our house and sought evaluation from companies that deal with foundation issues. One of the companies from whom we sought an evaluation was Foundation Pro of North Little Rock. Their representative, Jim Jakubec came to the house and provided an evaluation and gave me an explanation in very understandable terms. He demonstrated his methods for evaluating and provided alternatives for a solution. It was his finding that our problem was not severe enough to require immediate treatment and advised me what to watch for should it get worse. He stated that Foundation Pro was ready to help at any time that the situation should get worse. We had sought bids from other companies that concluded we needed immediate and expensive treatment. I very much appreciated Mr. Jakubec's honesty and the conscientious evaluation he provided. I couldn't be more pleased with Foundation Pro. With cracks appearing in my sheetrock walls and interior doors not fully shutting, I began to research foundation repair companies. I first had a well known, company give me a quote that informed me that they were the largest of such companies in the world. The estimator made a thorough investigation of my issues and gave me his remedy and price. I decided I would try a locally owned and reputable service company, so I contacted Foundation Pro based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeff Wenger came within 24 hours to likewise investigate my problems. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my house, but without being an alarmist. For example, what the other company described as mud running in from the outside of the block walls in my crawl space was confirmed to be only dost on the plastic barrier. While both companies offered similar repair plans, Foundation Pro was more conservative, specifying 1 less pier and 1 less permits beam jack. The office staff was most courteous and helpful, making the contract and scheduling process easy. The crew arrived after a heads up the previous day. They were very professional and also courteous. Moreover, they were very respectful of our property, taking pains not to disturb things more than necessary. The foreman, Efrain, was a joy to work with and explained everything to me, step by step. Luis, Michael, Alex and Levis made up the hard-working crew who did a first class job. Everything was done on short order and exactly per agreement. I've taken time to elaborate so much to be helpful to others who may be at square one as I was. I saved roughly $8,000 and had a great experience with Foundation Pro. What's more, their repair work came with a lifetime, transferable warranty.

Brent, Jim and everyone at Foundation Pro was excellent. I had a quick closing and they were able to move their schedule around and come out to inspect the property within 24 hours of me calling them. They were extremely thorough, professional and ethical and gave me great advice that no doubt saved me a substantial amount of money. I will absolutely be calling them for any foundation work I ever need done.

I am very pleased with the work and service I received from Foundation Pro. The office staff Lydia and Becky were very helpful with scheduling and billing. Jeff did a thorough evaluation and explained everything to me in detail. When I had concerns, Brent was there to reassure me and further explain everything. Efrain, Luis, Michael, and Jose were very respectful of my property when they were doing the dirt work and leveling. Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding. If you have any foundation concerns, I recommend them 100%. Thank you to everyone that was involved in my project!

Foundation Pro did an outstanding job on our home. Jeff came out to look at our situation and provide an estimate—he was professional, thorough, and explained exactly what was going on with our foundation and what would be required to fix it. The front office staff was great as well. We had a small scheduling issue, but Lydia handled it quickly and professionally. Efrain and his crew showed us everything that would be done and completed the project in just a few days. Evan wrapped up the job by adding the polyurethane foam. The guys cleaned up and had everything back to normal faster than expected. It’s never fun having foundation work done in your home, but Foundation Pro made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The team was very professional, worked well together, and did NOT waste any time. The team lead was very polite and respectful when needing to enter the house as well as when we crossed paths outside. I am so glad we chose this group to do our foundation. Management and office staff....again very professional and very diligent to take care of their team AND make everything right for me. If you need this kind of work these people are the people you need to reach out to. You will NOT be disappointed.
